Like vs. Like Plan

The most common thought for employers looking at health plan is to shop current insurance carriers “Plan A” versus another insurance carriers “Plan A”.   Many times there can be price differences from one insurance carrier versus another for about the same benefit.

One example is moving from one carrier to another saved $3,200 for a 5 employee company. The before and after benefits:
